Foraging Walk: Introduction to Wild Local Mushrooms

Interested in learning how to identify mushrooms and other delicious local wild edibles? Join me on a relaxing walk in the woods! This class is perfect for the beginner forager/mushroom enthusiast. We will review how to properly identify mushrooms, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws and collect specimens to study. Learn 5-10 edibles mushroom species that are available now, and perhaps even take some home with you to enjoy!
