Early spring is the perfect time to get out into nature and learn about the abundant wild greens, trees, edible invasive species and flowers available in New England. Join me on a relaxing walk through fields and woods! This class is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, nature lover, home cook, beginner forager, herbalist, or someone just looking to enjoy a day out with fun people.

While walking we will also discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 20-30 edible species that are available now.

After the walk we will gather to sample some of my latest wild soda concoctions and discuss how you can make your own at home from only a few foraged ingredients!
