Fantastically foraged, ethically harvested, locally enjoyed.
Diana Burnell started Edible Excursions Wild Foods and Foraging Tours in 2014 and has been sharing her passion for the outdoors and wild edibles ever since.
Diana currently resides just outside Boston in Newton, MA, where she offers private classes, lectures, and home/land surveys for plant and mushroom identification, foraging and wild crafting. You can find many of her products in restaurants and farmer’s markets from New Hampshire to the boroughs of New York City.
Perfect for 1-2 people, classes are catered to the clients’ skill-level and interests and typically range from 2-4 hours.
Small Group Walks
Want to learn foraging with your family or a small group of friends? This class is designed for 3 to 6 people and is based on skill-level and interests.
Home/Land Owner Surveys
Interested in the wild and invasive species growing around your home or land? We will come to you, survey your property, identify plants, trees and fungi and teach you sustainable harvesting techniques.
Throughout the year, Edible Excursions partners with various organizations and offers events open to the public throughout New England. Check out our list of upcoming happenings!
