Interested in spending time in nature while meeting amazing new people and learning how to identify the incredible array of wild edibles growing at your feet? Join me for an educational foraging walk! Deepen your connection to nature and fill your basket full of tasty local treasures.

We will be visiting one of my favorite spots in Lynn. While walking and identifying, we will also discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 20-30 edible species that are available now.

After the walk, we will gather for a fun and festive specially prepared and hyper seasonal wild food picnic including some of my latest creations – from wild sodas and shrub drinks to pickled mushrooms, wild greens pesto, fermented fare, flower jellies and more! I promise you won’t leave hungry! While we feast, we will chat about recipes and discuss numerous preservation techniques.
