Foraging Walk: Edible Shoots, Tendrils, Tips, Flowers & Herbs

Late May offers a wide variety of incredible wild edibles including many shoots, herbs, leaves, flowers, tips and spring greens. We will review various spring edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now and perhaps even take some home with you to enjoy!
