Interested in learning how to identify medicinal plants, trees and other delicious local wild edibles? Join me on a relaxing walk in the woods! This class is perfect for the nature lover, chef, home cook, beginner, forager, herbalist or food enthusiast. We will review various spring edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws, review edible invasive species and collect specimens to study. Learn 20-30 edible/herbal/medicinal species that are available now and take some home with you to enjoy!
