Spring Foraging Walk: Introduction to Local Medicinal and Edible Plants

Interested in learning how to identify medicinal plants, trees and other delicious local wild edibles? Join me on a relaxing walk in the woods! This class is perfect for the beginner forager, herbalist or food enthusiast. We will review various spring edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now and perhaps even take some home with you to enjoy!
