July offers a variety of foraging opportunities, from edible fungi and medicinal herbs to immature black walnuts perfect for creating your own liqueurs and cocktail mixes! Join me in Haverhill, MA for a foraging walk where we will identify, forage and harvest numerous nuts, berries, herbs and mushrooms.

After the walk, we will gather for a tasting of Nocino & Vin de Noix, two fantastically delicious liqueurs made from black walnuts, while discussing how you can make your own batches at home. This class is perfect for the beginner/intermediate forager, home cook, chef, nature lover or outdoor enthusiast!
