Interested in learning how to identify delicious spring greens, invasive edible plants, wild herbs and more? Join me on a relaxing walk through fields and woods! This class is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, nature lover, home cook, beginner forager, herbalist, or someone just looking to enjoy a day out with fun people.
While walking we will also discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 10-15 edible species that are available now.
After the walk, we will gather for a wild food tasting featuring wild ramp (leeks) dishes while discussing some of my favorite recipes.
