Interested in learning how to identify plants, fruits, nuts and other delicious and medicinal local wild edibles? Join me on a relaxing walk in the woods! This class is perfect for the cocktail enthusiast, tea drinker, nature lover, or home chef.
We will review how to properly identify wild edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws and collect specimens to study. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now, as well as a variety of medicinal plants perfect for tea mixes all while gathering ingredients for you take home to make your own creations!
