October offers a variety of foraging opportunities, from edible fungi and medicinal herbs to fruits and nuts perfect for creating your own liqueurs and cocktail mixes! Join me in Lynn, MA for a foraging walk where we will identify, forage and harvest numerous nuts, fruits, herbs and mushrooms.

After the walk, we will gather for a fun and festive specially prepared and hyper seasonal wild food picnic including some of my latest creations – from wild sodas and shrub drinks to pickled mushrooms, wild greens pesto, fermented fare, foraged fruit jellies and more! I promise you won’t leave hungry! While we feast, we will chat about recipes and discuss numerous preservation techniques.
