Our local salt marshes play host to an incredible variety of salty and succulent wild foods. From marsh samphire and orache to sea beans and beach roses, these edibles are guaranteed to wow your palette.

Join me to learn how to identify and sustainably harvest salt marsh edibles while enjoying a beautiful day on the coast. We will also discuss invasive edibles like periwinkles and green crabs, along with recipes and preservation techniques.

Collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 20-30 edible species that are available now.
