“The foraging class was a fantastic experience! Diana was very knowledgeable, clear in explaining things, and eager to answer questions. It was a fantastic introduction to the world of edible plants. A recent family forage with Fjolla and her daughter on the North Shore of MA yielded a number of delicious edibles, including these beautiful hen of the woods (maitake) mushrooms.

Laura wanted to do something special for her boyfriend Shawn's birthday. A private foraging class just outside Boston was the perfect gift! They collected spring edibles for a wild pesto pasta.
Testimonials
This was such a fun experience! As a city girl, I don’t know much about foraging but Diana was amazing. She was very communicative, patient, and super knowledgeable. The time flew by just walking around and learning about plants and mushrooms. If you are lucky you will also get a tasting and try this amazing mushroom jerky!
Mariel – Arlington, MA
We had a beautiful fall day to walk through the woods and learned about mushroom foraging, identifying mushrooms, and discerning edible from non edible. We all left with not only a wonderful experience but mushrooms to bring home. I’d recommend this to anyone interested in having a fun and educational day outside – and maybe even a new life-long hobby!
