Looking to celebrate Earth Week in a fun and unique way? Join me for an introduction to foraging wild foods including spring greens, delicious invasive plants and healing herbs. This class is perfect for the beginner forager, herbalist or food enthusiast. We will review various spring edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now and perhaps even take some home with you to enjoy!
