Spring Foraging Walk & Wild Drink Workshop with Tasting

Join me for a relaxing walk in nature! Early spring has a myriad of wonderful and tasty herbs, greens, tubers and flowers perfect for making amazing and uniquely delicious concoctions. We will identify various wild edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now.
As we walk, we will review how you can make your own wild sodas, shrubs and infused liquors with unique flavors from the forest. We will also gather ingredients during the forage so that you can make your own concoctions at home.
The walk will be followed by a wild drink tasting including some of my own sodas, syrups, shrubs and more!
