May is one of my very favorite months to forage due to it’s incredible bounty of amazingly tasty wild foods. We will review various spring edibles (greens, garlic/onions, flowers, roots, herbs, etc), discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 20-30 edible species that are available now and take some home with you to enjoy!
