November 2 Foraging Walk & Wild Drink Tasting

Interested in learning how to identify mushrooms and other delicious local wild edibles? Join me on a relaxing walk in the woods! This class is perfect for the cocktail enthusiast, nature lover, or home chef.
We will review how to properly identify mushrooms and wild edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws and collect specimens to study. Learn 5-10 edible mushroom species that are available now, as well as a variety of non-edible/poisonous fungi and plants while gathering ingredients for you take home to make your own creations!
The walk will be followed by a wild drink tasting featuring syrups, mixers, mocktails and wild sodas along with some foraged snacks!
