Spring Foraging Walk: Edible and Medicinal Plants, Trees, Herbs & Flowers

Cost: $50/person
Early spring has a delicious variety of wonderful herbs, greens, tubers, roots and flowers. Join me for a relaxing walk in nature as we identify various wild edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting techniques and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study/taste. Learn 10-15 edible species that are available now.
